Physiotherapy services can be covered by a health insurance plan that you may have. We provide direct billing services for the following insurance providers:

Private Health Insurance Providers

  • Pacific Blue Cross
  • Companies under Telus Health eClaims (E.g. Canada Life, Manulife, Desjardins, Claim Secure, etc.)
  • Sun Life
  • Green Shield

You may have a health insurance plan with one of these Insurance Providers.  Your eligibility for coverage and how much you are covered will vary depending on your plan.  We strongly encourage you to check with your Insurance Provider for these details prior to coming in for an appointment.  We do not have access to your specific health care plan’s information and will only be able to see how much is covered after we process your claim on the day of your appointment.

WorkSafeBC

If you were injured at work, you may be eligible for coverage from WorkSafeBC. 
On your first visit, please have the following information with you:
  • WCB claim number
  • Date of injury
  • Valid government-issued picture ID

Insurance Company of British Columbia (ICBC)

If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident (MVA), you may be eligible for coverage from ICBC.
On your first visit, please have the following information with you:
  • ICBC claim number
  • Date of MVA
  • Valid government-issued picture ID

If you do not see your insurance provider on this list, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we are able to provide direct billing for your provider. 

If we are unable to and you still would like to come in for a treatment, you will be responsible for paying for the appointment cost up front and submitting the receipt to your insurance provider yourself in order to be reimbursed.
