What can I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your goals. We’ll start with a one-on-one assessment, where your physiotherapist will ask about your medical history, current symptoms, and any specific activities you’d like to get back to. From there, we’ll perform a physical examination to assess your movement, strength, and function.
Based on what we find, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive hands-on treatment or guided exercises during your first session—so you’ll leave with a clear plan and a head start on your recovery.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we do! For your convenience, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. Just bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment, and we’ll take care of the rest. If your plan requires a doctor's referral, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

What is your policy on cancellations?
We understand that life happens—but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting.
